How To Make Baileys Irish Cream Blondies

What you'll need for this recipe (see link for amounts)

Step 1: Melt the butter in the microwave for 30-50secs

Step 2: Beat in white and brown sugar until thickened

Step 3: Beat in egg, salt and vanilla extract until fully combined

Step 4: Sieve in plain flour and cornstarch, stirring until smooth

Step 5: Stir in Baileys irish cream until just combined

Step 6: Stir in white chocolate chips until spread throughout

Step 7: Pour blondie mixture into a lined 8-inch tin

Step 8: Bake at 180°C / 160°C (fan) / Gas 4 / 350°F for 20-25mins

Step 9: Allow blondie to cool in the tin before cutting into squares
