Unwrap and cut your Snickers bars into small, ½-inch square pieces and spread half into the base of an 8-inch square baking tin lined with greaseproof paper. Set aside the other half.
In a heatproof bowl, heat the dark chocolate and condensed milk in the microwave for 20sec bursts, stirring in between, until the chocolate has melted.
Pour the mixture over the snickers pieces in the tin and smooth the top.
Gently press the remaining snickers pieces into the top of the fudge.
Refrigerate for at least 2hrs until set and then cut into small squares and enjoy!
Storage: Store your Snickers fudge in an airtight container in the fridge for 2-3 weeks.
Freezing: You can freeze your Snickers fudge wrapped in cling film and foil for up to 2 months.
Tips:
- Use cooking dark semi-sweet chocolate or melting wafers/chips from the baking aisle for ease of melting.
- You can use any size bar of Snickers, e.g. fun size, minis, full size, and chop them into small pieces.
- Melt your chocolate and condensed milk together slowly to prevent burning or separation.
- Line your tin with baking paper and leave a slight overhang to lift it out easier afterwards.
- Cut your fudge into 36 bite-size fudge squares by cutting the whole slab in half, then each of those halves in half again. Rotate your slab 90 degrees and repeat.
